Slowly but surely, we have learned that after “location, location, location!” often comes the realization that the house just doesn’t quite work. The Living Room may be a place where guests occasionally end up with coffee, but there is no comfortable room for the family to gather; there may be plenty of space but too many walls and doors; the Dining Room may be too small and too dark and too isolated from the Kitchen; or it may just be that existing spaces are fine but need to be “re-labeled” and modified.
